2. Products

All used/refurbished products are graded and described accurately. Grades: A+ (like new, no visible wear), A (excellent, minor marks), New (factory sealed). All products are unlocked unless stated otherwise.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices include 23% Portuguese VAT. Payment is accepted via Stripe (card), MB WAY, Multibanco, PayPal, and SEPA bank transfer. Orders are confirmed after payment.

4. Shipping

Standard shipping (2–4 days): €4.90. Express (24h): €12.00. Free standard shipping on orders over €50. Store pickup available at no charge.

5. Returns

You have 14 days to return products under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Products must be in original condition. Contact info@rmtechstore.eu to initiate a return.

6. Warranty

All products carry a minimum 12-month warranty. Used devices carry a 6-month warranty on hardware defects. Warranty does not cover physical damage or water damage caused after purchase.

7. Repair Services

Repair bookings are subject to availability. A free diagnosis is performed upon arrival. No repair will be carried out without customer consent. Prices are provided after diagnosis.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes shall be resolved in Lisbon courts.
