1. Right of Return
Under Portuguese and EU consumer law (Decree-Law No. 84/2021), you have the right to return any product purchased from RM TechStore within 30 days of receipt, without providing any reason, for a full refund.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In original or equivalent packaging
- No signs of physical damage caused by the customer
- All accessories, cables, and documentation included
- Device must not be locked to a specific Apple ID or Google Account
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at returns@rmtechstore.eu with your order reference
- We will provide a return shipping label within 2 business days
- Pack the product securely and drop it off at the designated courier point
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

4. Refund Method
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:
- Credit/Debit Card: 3–5 business days
- MB WAY: 1–2 business days
- PayPal: 2–3 business days
- Bank Transfer: 3–5 business days
5. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@rmtechstore.eu. We will arrange collection and replacement at no cost to you.
6. Repair Services
Repair services are not subject to a right of return once work has commenced. However, if you are unsatisfied with a repair, please contact us within 7 days and we will address the issue under our 90-day repair warranty.
