Politique de Retours

1. Right of Return

Under Portuguese and EU consumer law (Decree-Law No. 84/2021), you have the right to return any product purchased from RM TechStore within 30 days of receipt, without providing any reason, for a full refund.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • In original or equivalent packaging
  • No signs of physical damage caused by the customer
  • All accessories, cables, and documentation included
  • Device must not be locked to a specific Apple ID or Google Account

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at returns@rmtechstore.eu with your order reference
  2. We will provide a return shipping label within 2 business days
  3. Pack the product securely and drop it off at the designated courier point
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Alternatively, you may return products in person at our Lisbon store: Rua de Entrecampos 34A, 1700-159 Lisboa

4. Refund Method

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 3–5 business days
  • MB WAY: 1–2 business days
  • PayPal: 2–3 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 3–5 business days

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@rmtechstore.eu. We will arrange collection and replacement at no cost to you.

6. Repair Services

Repair services are not subject to a right of return once work has commenced. However, if you are unsatisfied with a repair, please contact us within 7 days and we will address the issue under our 90-day repair warranty.
