Grade A+ devices are in like-new condition with no visible scratches or marks. They have been fully tested, battery health is above 85%, and they come with a 12-month warranty.
Do refurbished phones come with accessories?▾
Yes, all refurbished phones include a USB-C or Lightning cable and compatible charger. Premium accessories like AirPods are included only when specified in the product listing.
Are devices unlocked?▾
Yes, all our refurbished devices are network-unlocked and work with any carrier in Portugal and the EU.
Is there a warranty on refurbished devices?▾
Yes. Grade A+ devices come with a 12-month warranty, Grade A with 6 months, and new devices with the full 24-month manufacturer warranty.

Repairs
Do I need to book an appointment for a repair?▾
Booking is recommended for a smooth experience, but walk-ins are welcome. During peak hours, booked customers are served first.
How long does a repair take?▾
Most common repairs (screen replacement, battery, charging port) are done within 1–2 hours. Complex repairs like water damage may take 24–48 hours.
Do you offer a free diagnosis?▾
Yes! All customers receive a free diagnosis on arrival. We'll explain the issue and provide a quote before any work begins — no obligation to proceed.
Is there a warranty on repairs?▾
All repairs come with a 90-day warranty on parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within 90 days, we fix it for free.
Do you repair all phone brands?▾
We repair most major brands including Apple (iPhone, iPad), Samsung, Xiaomi, Huawei, Google Pixel, OnePlus, and more. Contact us for specific models.

Shipping
What are the shipping options?▾
We offer Standard shipping (2–4 business days, €4.90), Express shipping (next day, €12), and free in-store pickup. Shipping is free for orders over €50.
Do you ship outside Portugal?▾
Currently we ship within Portugal (mainland + islands) and to Spain. EU-wide shipping is coming soon. Contact us for special international requests.
How can I track my order?▾
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also view tracking in your account dashboard.
What happens if my package is lost?▾
We work with reliable couriers (CTT, DHL). If your package doesn't arrive within 10 business days, contact us and we'll investigate and replace the order.
